One of the precious wooden mansions Hayriye Hanim Konagi was bought by Bilginoglu family from the 22 beneficiaries of Hayriye Hanim in 1996.It was then restored without ruining its original appearance and was converted into a boutique hotel with 21 rooms while it was ramshackle in 2012.
